Chartered Surveyors are unable to report on these items as they are not qualified to do so.

The Home Buyers Services Inspection will report on the current condition of the services highlighting any safety issues and departures from regulations. It will also offer sensible advice on ways of improving energy efficiency along with a costing for improvements.

The report uses a condition rating system and avoids using technical terminology making it easy to read and understand. We can send the report as an email attachment  ensuring we don’t hold up the house buying process. Depending on access we can usually turn a report around within 48 hours.
